Ingredients:
- White Candy Melts
- Dark chocolate or black candy melts
- Mini balloons
- Piping bag
Instructions:
-
Inflate a mini balloon and dip it into white candy melts, covering roughly ¾ of the balloon.
-
Lift the balloon from the chocolate and let any excess drip off.
-
Place the dipped balloon onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
-
Repeat until you’ve dipped a total of 6 balloons.
-
Chill in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
-
Dip another 6 balloons and place them in the fridge to harden.
-
Once set, remove the balloons from the fridge. Carefully snip a small hole at the top of each balloon and allow it to deflate gently.
-
Gently pull the balloon out of the chocolate shell and discard the balloon.
-
Melt black candy melts or dark chocolate and pour into a piping bag that has either been pre-prepared with small round decorating tip, or just snip a tiny opening at the end of the bag.
-
Pipe eyes, nostrils, and a mouth onto each chocolate bowl to create Jack’s face.
-
Freeze for 2–3 minutes to set the details. Fill with lollies or a cold dessert and enjoy!
