Guarantee
At Build a Birthday we feel confident you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you are not totally satisfied please contact us within 2 days and you may return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.
Returned items must be in brand new unused condition and in original wrapping along with a copy of the original receipt. Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (subject to our discretion), eg. balloons, edible items,. Glassware can also not be returned. Please email sales@buildabirthday.co.nz to arrange.
Please note return delivery is at the cost of the sender.
Faulty Goods
At Build a Birthday we carefully check over the quality of our products prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, please contact us within 2 days at sales@buildabirthday.co.nz .
Once Build a Birthday has received the item and deemed it to be faulty, the cost of the return postage will be refunded and either a replacement will be sent, store credit issued or full refund offered.
Cancellations
If you have had a change of mind and wish to cancel your online order, contact must be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Please call on 04 9719710 or send us an email at sales@buildabirthday.co.nz.
If it has been longer than 1 hour since placing your online order, we can offer you an exchange for alternative product or store credit.
With regards to hire cancellations, The Celebrations Collective retain the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent of costs incurred by The Celebrations Collective.
