Click + Collect Party Supplies Wellington

If you're in the Wellington region we offer a click and collect order service. Browse through our selection of party supplies, balloons, cake decorating supplies and more at your leisure, place your order, and collect from our warehouse at a time that's convenient for you. No shipping costs and no waiting on couriers!

Simply choose 'Pick Up' as your delivery option at checkout. Our friendly staff will contact you within 1-2 working days to let you know when your order is ready to collect. Collection hours are Monday - Friday 10am-2pm, or by prior arranged appointment.

Lock Box Collection

Alternatively, lock boxes are available if you are unable to pick up between our standard pick up hours of 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday. If you are wanting to book one of our lock boxes please contact us either through email at sales@buildabirthday.co.nz or by calling us on 04 971 9710 after placing your order. Please note our office is contactable between 7.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday so any emails over the weekend will be responded to on Monday.

Once we’ve confirmed availability for your lock box we will email you with a code and the number of the locker that your order will be in. Our address is Unit 2/51, Montgomery Crescent, Upper Hutt, and the lock boxes are located to the right of the front double doors to our office. Once you’ve collected your order, kindly send us an email so we can mark your order as completed.
