Party & Cake Decorating Supplies Courier Delivery

Once your order and payment are received, we will endeavour to have it packaged and dispatched from our premises within 1-2 working days. If there happens to be any issue with your order we will contact you ASAP. 

Delivery costs are as follows:   


Free delivery on orders above $80 (excl helium balloon deliveries, table and chair hire and bond payments)

Local Courier (see picture) - $5.00
Nationwide Urban Courier - $7.50
Nationwide Out of Area/Rural Courier - $12.50

Please be aware that while you may not consider your address rural, it may be classed as rural by the courier guidelines. To check if your delivery address is considered rural, you can use this tool. We ship predominantly with New Zealand Couriers, though some orders may be shipped with Aramex (formerly Fastway).

   

A courier company will deliver the package to your door within approximately 1-3 working days from the time of dispatch (this may be longer for rural deliveries). A tracking number is also provided with every order.

NOTE: The delivery time frames above are targets only. We will try our best to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible, but please be aware that cannot guarantee delivery dates. We will not offer refunds for orders delayed by couriers or orders that arrive later than you hope. By placing your order, we will assume that you have decided to go ahead with the sale and will process it accordingly.

Please note deliveries only take place on weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturday (without prior arrangement), Sunday or Public Holidays.

All packages will be given Authority to Leave unless the Signature Required checkbox is selected at the cart (there is no additional charge for this service). Where there is no signature required, we cannot take responsibility for missing or stolen packages. 

The address supplied must be a street address as our courier will not deliver to any Post Office box.

The party supplies are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive in the same condition that they left our premises. If you feel your goods do not arrive in good condition please contact us immediately on 04 9719710 or sales@buildabirthday.co.nz

We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that happened in transit or that are delivered to an incorrect address.

We can also deliver internationally, though prices may vary. Contact us for shipping estimates.
