At Build a Birthday, we want you to shop with confidence knowing you’re getting the best deal. That’s why we offer our Best Price Guarantee - if you find the same item cheaper at another New Zealand retailer, we’ll not only match it, we’ll beat it by 10%!

How It Works:

If you spot a lower price on an identical product, simply let us know. Once verified, we will refund the price difference so you can enjoy the best possible value.

Conditions:

To qualify for our Best Price Guarantee:

• The product must be the exact same item (brand, size, style etc).
• The competitor must be a New Zealand based retailer.
• The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the other retailer.
• The price cannot be a sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted price.

Exclusions apply (e.g., helium, shipping and certain services).

All price matches are offered at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline requests that don’t meet the conditions.

How to Claim:

If you’ve found a lower price that meets the above conditions, simply contact us at sales@buildabirthday.co.nz with:

• A link to the competitor’s product listing, or
• A copy of the advertisement showing the lower price.

We’ll take care of the rest!
