How to Make Santa Hat Meringue Pops

Indulge this festive season with our Santa Hat Meringue Pops! These light, airy, and fun-to-eat treats encapsulate the Christmas spirit in every bite. Whether for gifting, decorating, or simply enjoying, they're the perfect festive addition to any celebration!



  1. Prepare meringue batter using our meringue powder
  2. Divide the meringue batter into two bowls. Add red food colouring to one portion
  3. Using tip 6B pipe a small dash of red on a baking paper lined tray then place one end of a lollipop stick in the middle. This will hold it in place 
  4. Using a back and forth motion pipe a triangle shape over the same area for the hat
  5. Using tip 32 and the white meringue batter pipe the pom-pom and trim of the hat
  6. Bake at 120°C for 55 minutes
  7. Allow to cool completely before removing from the tray
  8. Optional: add a spray of glitter for added sparkle
