Quick Start Online Shopping Guide

With the current restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all purchases must be made via our website. Don't fret if you're new to online shopping, using our website is super quick and easy! Here is a guide for putting through your order:

1. Use our menu bar to find an item or search for something specific (top left-hand corner)
2. Select the desired product, change the quantity needed if requiring more than one, and select ‘add to cart’
3. Once you have found everything you need, select the cart logo in the top right-hand corner
4. Here you can add notes to your order and enter a party date
5. Select ‘check out’
6. Enter your shipping details and select ‘continue to shipping’. If you are intending to pick up via our contactless click & collect option, you will still need to enter shipping details.
7. Here you can select your shipping method - Contactless Shop Pick Up (located in Petone, Wellington), Urban Courier, or Rural Courier. Select ‘continue to payment’
8. Here you will select your payment method, either Credit/Debit Card or Zip (our interest free payment plan service). Select 'complete order.'
9. You will then be redirected to either Payment Express (Credit Card merchant) or Zip to securely input your payment details. Click 'Submit' and your order is complete!
