Kids will love these cute Minion Cookies. Easy to make, no baking required!
Ingredients
- Biscuits or cookies shaped like minions
- Wilton Blue Candy Melts
- Wilton Yellow Candy Melts
- Eyeball sprinkles
- Blue Nonpareils sprinkles
- Black gel or black buttercream
- Wax paper
Instructions
- Fill a coffee cup with Yellow Candy Melts and another with Blue Candy Melts.
- Melt the Yellow Candy Melts, if using a microwave, heat for 1 minute, then 30 second intervals stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Dip the top half of the cookie into the Yellow Melts and place on the wax paper.
- Add the eyeball sprinkles while the chocolate is still soft. Set aside to cool for approximately 5-10 minutes.
- Melt the Blue Candy Melts (as per step 2).
- Dip the bottom half of the cookie into the Blue Candy Melts and place on the wax paper.
- Sprinkle Blue Nonpareils over the Blue Candy Melts before it sets.
- Allow the entire cookie to set (approximately 10-15 minutes). Ensure it completely cool, as warm chocolate will make a mess with the next step.
- Use the black gel to trace circles around the eye(s) and draw a goggle strap. Alternatively you can pipe black buttercream around the eyes.
- Serve on a plate with banana lollies (optional). Enjoy!
