Whip up a batch of fudgy brownies with a spooky twist! Decorated with colourful sprinkles and creepy candy eyeballs, these Halloween treats are easy to make and perfect for sharing at your next Halloween party.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 115g butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Melt butter
- Mix the remaining ingredients into the melted butter.
- Pour the mix into a baking tray
- Sprinkle with Jimmies, Non Pareils and Eyeballs
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until done. Brownies are done baking when a toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs (5cm from the side of the pan, not the centre)
- Cool the brownie before slicing so it holds its shape. Use a plastic knife to prevent fudgy brownies from sticking.
