Cake tins may be hired for 1-2 days (excluding shipping times where applicable) per hire fee. Longer hire periods can be booked for an additional fee, subject to Build a Birthday's discretion.
A fee of $25 per week will apply for any cake tins returned after the agreed return date (allowing for shipping time where applicable), subject to Build a Birthday's discretion.
An admin fee will apply to any cancelled cake tin hire booking, subject to Build a Birthday's discretion.
Any lost or damaged hired cake tins must be paid for at their full retail price, minus the hire fee.
Cake tins must be returned in clean condition. Any tins not returned clean will be subject to a cleaning fee.
When cake tins are couriered to the customer, they will be returned to Build a Birthday at the cost of the customer.
Bonds will only be fully refunded if all terms and conditions are met.
