Method

  1. Prepare meringue batter.
  2. Take one portion of the batter and tint it blue. Keep the remaining portion white.
  3. Draw snowflake and Christmas tree templates with a pencil on baking paper, then flip so the pencil side is facing down.
  4. Use the meringue batter to secure the baking paper onto your baking tray and spread the cake pop sticks out on top.
  5. For the Christmas trees, use your favourite small star tip such as tip 32 or petal tip like tip 104. Pipe rows of shells or zigzags to form your tree. Add sprinkles and/or glitter while the batter is still wet.
  6. For the snowflakes, use the same tips pipe petals or shells along your drafted template and then add sprinkles and/or glitter.
  7. Finally, bake the pops for 45 minutes on 120°C, then turn off the oven and let them set inside for 2 hours.
