Where is my order?

If your order is a pick up:

Pick up orders will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready to be collected.

If your order is being shipped:

1. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.

These can sometimes end up in spam folders, so try checking there if you have not received one.

2. We recommend keeping an eye on the tracking of your parcel. Details of its location should be outlined like this:

3. In the unlikely event where there is an issue, the more time we have before your event to resolve it the more successful the outcome will be.

4. If it has been longer than 48 hours and you still haven't received any tracking information or haven't heard from us, please get in contact.
