Here are some roles within our team we are (or will be) looking to fill with the right person:

Customer Service Guru

Full time
Manages communication with our ecommerce customers (4 websites) including social media communications. Works across the teams to support and improve customer satisfaction. Proactive involvement with management to prevent future issues & improve customer service. Customer Service experience required.

Party Consultant/s

9.30am to 2.30pm Tues to Fri (option for school terms only)
Promotes, sells and delivers the Celebrations Collectives product and services.

Full-time Mon to Fri
Promotes, sells and delivers the Celebrations Collectives product and services.

Marketing and Business Admin

Full-time Mon to Fri (or 9.30am to 2.30pm Tues to Fri with option for school terms only)
Promotes the business through email and social marketing. Applicants must provide examples of previous work or portfolio. Adds new products to our websites and digital media.
