If you are having your balloons delivered to a residential address please ensure someone is there to receive them as we can't guarantee their safety if left unattended. If this address is in an apartment building let us know if there is a reception area for them to be left if necessary.

If you are having your balloons delivered to a business address, they will be delivered to the reception area.
